Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

During Passover, the rates include half-board. Seven days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancellation fee.

The meals were plentiful and delish. The staff was attentive and pleasant. We will certainly be back.

On the whole, we had a pleasant experience. I would prefer a nicer outdoor pool, and a cleaner lobby
Breakfast was okay. Food was satisfactory. Lines for omelettes was much too long. Could've had another person manning that station.
The lobby needs to be kept cleaner. Need people cleaning it more often.
